What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open preferences and go to controls
2. Double click to remap keys

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems after a handful of key changes, double clicking ceases to do anything, 
and refuses input until an application restart.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.15 on OS X 10.6.5

I think the issue here is that there's no way to tell Macifom to abort 
listening for a new key assignment once you've double-clicked an item in the 
list. If you don't press a valid key or button it'll just hang there forever. 
I'll see if there isn't an easy way to have the 'Escape' or other key cancel 
the assignment.

I'm having the same issue with 0.16 and OSX 10.9.5. I cannot get any keys to 
reassign.
