Adds license to each notebook (and AUTHORS file to match). Adds buttons and some formatting.

Applies nbfmt in initial commit to normalize JSON. Please look at subsequent commits to see the content diffs.

Note: All notebooks have outputs saved so are not tested. Some of these currently fail in Colab
