Encepagement should use a typeahead #61

It will augment the UX.

We can still have multi selects, we will use the same principle as for the tags. It will be more important to limit the number of encepagement that can be selected. It will be easy now to add an additional input that will be the percentage of this cepage for each that is submitted. This field will be nullable since the info might not be available upon form submission.
