Just a small change, but I'm hoping it might come in handy for someone

I also just found out that the report ID (first byte) should be 3 for rumble over bluetooth

Also also, when I tried sending the HID report over USB, the first 2 bytes were ignored, so I'm assuming Microsoft's HID emulation ignores those on purpose
