Simple saving functionality #8

Add a method for a user to save their Quantum Program as a json, and add a simple browser auto-save function so users don't loose data after a page refresh.

In development, will entail:

Import/export as JSON
Auto-save to browser cookies
Status in header to see time since last save, and a save button
