Feature: API Documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After the token system and TCP server recreation, the TCP API might have been changed.

Describe the solution you'd like Hence, the TCP API Documentation must be written in order to make API clients on different programming languages. This documentation proposal requires the following steps in order to be completed:

• [ ] The information about used protocol (TCP), the default port;
• [ ] The format of requests and responses;
• [ ] Error handling;

In order of API change, there must be some documentation versioning. The automated documentation versioning would be the best.

P. S. Effectively, the API documentation will become a guideline of creating an API client for any language, and can be used by both Quark developers, and third-party companies, which has rare and unusual technologies.
