Fix negative stake reward #24

To recreate, run on testnet:

  1. Mine on wallet A until reward drops to 1 QRK (block 250)
  2. Mine on wallet B 100 blocks (100 x 1 QRK)
  3. Mine on wallet C 100 blocks (100 x 1 QRK)
  4. Stake 1 block on wallet B (after 1 hour)

Reward for stake is negative, double-clicking on transaction description gives:

Reward: -0.00010 QRK (matures in 100 more blocks) Staked: 1.00000 QRK This is on public testnet3 I'm not sure what causes these issues, we might have to call on the contractor to look at these. We have the public testnet where he can recreate these issues."
