Since runtime depends on quarkus-narayana-jta the project must have the deployment depend on quarkus-narayana-jta-deployment or it breaks applications which use quarkus-narayana-jta from finding beans at times. Also, I think therefore that quarkus-arc-deployment is missing as well.
