@gastaldi looks like this requires some more Graal substitution changes based on these errors.

Caused by: com.oracle.graal.pointsto.constraints.UnresolvedElementException: Discovered unresolved type during parsing: org.apache.commons.lang3.ArrayFill. This error is reported at image build time because class org.apache.commons.compress.archivers.zip.BinaryTree is registered for linking at image build time by command line

I wonder if we shouldn't contribute to a native-image.properties to these Apache projects. Creating an extension for each of these dependencies seem overkill, WDYT?

That is what I am thinking too an extensions for each commons would be nuts. But they are VERY slow to accept PR's
