Document the limitation #151

The Decorator does not apply to producer and synthetic beans. It only work with class beans. And the reason is https://groups.google.com/g/quarkus-dev/c/thdTCj-XNUU/m/RoOidJotAQAJ

This feature is out-of-date and has been removed since 2.1.0.
