Introduce htmx tests with Playwright #191

This adds a sophisticated htmx test using Playwright to make sure htmx flow are working correctly (CSRF, headers, hx flash, validation, ...).
It also introduce the asHtmlAttributes to allow using {#form} and {#gravatar} with extra attributes.
This needs to wait for 3.7.0 to be released (failing with 3.6.5 because of https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/38225)
Switch to Java 17

The hack with {#let itKey=str:fmt(""%s"", it ?: 'empty')} is just a temporary workaround because of an issue @mkouba is working on. We should be able to remove it on the 3.7.0 final.
