Better missing layout error #253

cc @dmlloyd I did my best to make it very helpful :)

Example error:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Layout 'index' not found for file: 'index.html'. Available layouts: ':theme/page', ':theme/index', ':theme/default', ':theme/post', ':theme/404', ':theme/main', ':theme/tag'.
