[x] EncoderManager with possibility of registry
[x] customer encoder to register for a mimetype
[x] encode/decode json //MediaType.APPLICATION_JSON
[x] encode decode cbor
[ ] unit test
[ ] configuration to select object encoder
[ ] configuration to register encoder for mimetype
[ ] encode decode xml //MediaType.APPLICATION_XML
[ ] encode/decode bson (not sure it is usefull)
[ ] encode/decode protobuf (seemed complicated so for very long term)

Please add support for "Concise Binary Object Representation (CBOR)"
