Make UnleashSubscriber unremovable #255

This improves the Quarkus users experience as they no longer need to annotate their UnleashSubscriber implementation with @Unremovable.

Hi @andrejpetras! Could you please take a look at this PR if you have some free time?

FYI I just submitted a Quarkus blog post for review. It should give some visibility to this extension pretty soon.
