I tried upgrading to 3.12 @geoand the build fails with Caused by: io.quarkus.runtime.configuration.ConfigurationException: Failed to load config value of type boolean for: quarkus.tls.trust-all a possible side effect of https://github.com/quarkiverse/quarkus-vault/pull/285?

Yeah, my fault. #288 fixes it :)
