Adapt Ansible provisioning to the new repository organisation including #137

a standalone repository for the web-ui.

The quarkslab/irma-frontend repository should only provide the API for IRMA infrastructure. But, there is also the web interface. So, as there is no need to get the web interface inside the repository anymore, we decided to move it to another standalone repository.
