Add field for Javadoc from javadoc.io #1037

Resolves #1016

One complexity is that javadoc.io returns a 200 even for extensions which have not released javadoc. Ideally, we would only show the link if it actually has javadoc on the end. To achieve that, I've done a crude inspection of the contents. I've cached, so that we don't hammer javadoc.io every build.
