Include keywords in extension details page #995

Interesting, can we make them also clickable (in case someone wants to find more extensions containing the same keyword)?

Maybe also prepend a # to render as tags (like in social networks)

Done! Adding the links was easy, but making them actually work needed me to do #43 first. I agree, @gastaldi, it's much better this way. The hashtags help visually distinguish the keywords from the categories, and the links will be useful.

(The links may not work totally properly in the preview because the filtering javascript doesn't always run properly for the surge preview, I think maybe because of too-much-to-download ...)
