In a terminal, run

cd context-propagation
docker-compose up
mvn quarkus:dev
http POST :8080 value:=33

You need to listen for the stream first, as indicated in the guide.

Oh it's Schrödinger's channel ;-) Not obvious from the doc the order is important. Can the subscriber be eagerly started with the application, to prevent that kind of error? You gotta wonder why missing a subscriber causes an exception in the first place
