Dev services kubernetes OpenShift #36726

Description

I'ld love to have the option to rollout OpenShift locally as a devservices kubernetes flavor. No idea wether this is possible as it is chonky, but love to hear your opinions/ideas.

@ia3andy no I don't think so, this is about running OpenShift in devcontainers (which, as far I'm aware, isn't currently possible)

@metacosm exactly that is my question. I'm unsure how/if possible but that's why I've openend this issue.
