Create resources link on landing page for downloadable assets #189

Please create a top level menu-style link (maybe to the right of COMMUNITY link) for RESOURCES. The RESOURCES page would contain entries for assets that the public can download. For example Alex Soto Bueno has created a great cheat sheet that could be downloadable from this page: 1) http://bit.ly/quarkus-cheat-sheet 2) Quarkus infographic (this asset already exists but it's looking for a place to live) 3) Getting Started cheat sheet (this asset already exists but it's looking for a place to live) 4) Quarkus logo and design downloads 5) Link to the Quarkus YouTube channel 6) A link to a page on how to create a Qtip and how to post it to Q YouTube channel etc.

We'll work up a new wireframe for this while we also make some material changes to support the new logo and colors.

probably not exactly what you are after but we got https://quarkus.io/publications/ now that has links to external content.
