Emphasize the roadmap on the website #382

I realized from feedback by @thomaswue that we don't put our roadmap link high enough. Let's see how we can better surface it. The roadmap right now is here https://github.com/orgs/quarkusio/projects/5 I've marked other projects "deprecated" so clarify that. I'll try and find a slot on the website but @jkbrock I'd appreciate your input too.

I've send a workable solution by adding a blog in the community page. I'd love a roadmap pictogram @jkbrock

Merged and fixed the link. I've kept B in the assets directory for now in case we want to switch.
