Trim down the list of recommended streams #235

Besides including pinned streams, this will trim down the list of recommended streams up to the latest stable version.

What's the advantage of this over just static list stating which streams a recommended that gets updated when released ?

Just like before this change, there isn't. This just reduces the number of shown streams from the latest release to the most recent stable version
