Specific changes for review since the last release..

Bump FFmpeg to 1.2.4 " 1.2.4 was released on 2013-10-03. It is the latest stable FFmpeg release from the 1.2 release branch, which was cut from master on 2013-03-07. Amongst lots of other changes, it includes all changes from ffmpeg-mt, libav master of 2013-03-07, libav 9 as of 2013-03-07". FFmpeg patches added. Fix PCRE errors in xbmc.log > add recommended configure flags to PCRE. Detect LIRC socket on boot up. NFS patched. Enable texturepacker. Added a Boxee Box specific xml file for Settings config (some tweaks to reduce blank video on start). PVR addons updated. Samba 3.6.21.

As far as I'm concerned, you don't need my blessing to submit new code, just submit it.

Having said that, there's no way I'm able to perform a proper review, but a quick skim didn't show anything obvious being broken beyond that it requires manual merging.

Ok I have manually resolved the merge conflicts I will do a quick test build to confirm changes have no issues. I will close this.
