DVBViewer Crash in 10 - 30 minutes #142

Every time you try watching any channel - Live TV via DVBViewer add-on, it just crashes after a while. No logical explanation... Never happens with xbmcbuntu or on Windows 8.1. Same server, same settings. Only on Boxee I have this problem...

My server: 192.168.1.104 - it shows up in logs.

I don't know how to upload logs...

useing allot of dvbviewer plugin and no crashes here, check for update on dvbviewer rec service.

Are you sure? I am using it a lot too on 3 different machines: 2 PC's with Ms.Win 8.1 and a standalone PC running xbmcbuntu. All of them runs perfect with no flaws (latest available stable builds). But on the boxee system - running latest boxeehacks and the latest dvbviewer addon it freezes... Maybe it's only a hardware bug on my system.... What can I say...

lol ye every boxee is different :) we know that already hehehe.

But can you post log you can find it in portable_data/temp dir, upload xbmc.log to xbmclogs.com and post link here.

And yes i am sure, use it daily for watching satellite tv. btw you also tried 1 of the beta's of 13.2 and or 14 alpha?

Hi again. It's been a week since I have upgraded to the latest stable build for Boxee 13.2 and this time I am using a new SDXC UHS-I SD card (I used a microSD previously also UHS-I in its own addaptor). I can confirm now it works just fine, flawless like never before. Thank you so much for your effort!
