Boxee Box - XBMC - No video addons #143

Just recently formatted my SD card for XBMC due to it not booting up properly. After extracting the files back on, I noticed there are no video add ons available like I did when I first managed to get XBMC up and running. In fact I am using the same zipped file as last time. What I noticed though was that as soon as I boot up XBMC after a fresh extract it did not download any updates in the background like it did first time round. Any of you experiencing this?

see if boxee box software itself can still connect, sometimes xbmc is loosing network connections(why we dont know because we cannot find any errors) also see boxeed.in forum, 2 or 3 people have same sort of problem

Thanks for replying, yeah turns out it was a network issue within the xbmc software and not the boxee hardware. It was very strange - I turned the boxee off and turned it back on and eventually the xbmc updates rolled in. Sorry for the late reply, appreciate response very much - keep up the awesome work!
