I am running Alpha 9 and it's great that now Apple Lossless plays where Alpha 8 didn't. But one thing that I have noticed is that every so often there is audio hiccups as in the audio cuts and then continues.
I don't know anything about coding or what to look for in the logs, so there is my entire log.
