How do we include sourcemaps when transforming from livescript?

The short answer is I have no idea. I don't know how Livescript outputs source maps when using the api.

I'm no longer interested in maintaining Anyify, so if you come up with a solution then great but since I don't use it myself I'm not going to spend any effort on this. If you're interested in maintaining Anyify let me know.
