VS Code Extension: Preview steals the focus from Terminal and drops cursor in Editor #361

I've noticed if I have Quarto preview running, it can steal the pane focus away from me. E.g. in this clip, I'm in the Terminal doing Git operations, and at some point focus is stolen from the Terminal and switches to the editor pane.
