Feature Request: support <mark></mark> in vscode visual editor for highlighting #380

It is super common among markdown editors to have highlight shortcut. Marktext has it, Typora, Joplin, VSCode default rendering respects it, etc.
Would be great if quarto visual editor gets it too.
