The Quarto VS Code extension includes a Preview toolbar button, which also shows up for regular Markdown (.md) files. However, VS Code already ships a built-in Markdown preview (the icon with the magnifying glass), so I'd rather disable/hide the Quarto preview button for all files that are not .qmd files. Is this possible? There has been some discussion regarding this functionality in #89, and apparently my request is the opposite of that (closed) issue, so maybe including a setting in the extension would be a great way to cater for both needs.
(Never mind the broken icon here, I've created a separate issue for this in #387.)
