I believe these edits are correct but I'm not 100% sure if some of the 3 {s were intentional -- they don't work for me.

I believe the three { is to get non-evaluated shortcode when rendering Quarto, thus in regular markdown such as the README, it's a mistake.

I can amend my current PR (#2) to fix this as well.
