Cleanup site for older releases #33

Few things to improve:

  1. Currently there is mismatch of docs for certain older release and missing match on the API side. As well as the standalone package downloads.

  2. Current package downloads are from a cloud server. We probably can use the github site and upload the binary there.

  3. Instead of each major subject has folder then version (eg: api/{version}, documentation/{version}, and downloads/{version}), I think it's better to organize all docs/downloads/api under one release {version} folder.
