ok so i am deleting the batch files because simply specifying "pip" or "python" in the commands will not work for some computers and i expect a lot of github issues will be made detailing that the "python" command is actually python2 for some reason, or the pip points to a different installation of python. this has happened to me in the past and confused me greatly as well, and i would have totally made a github issue complaining about this if i was not experienced with python

i am making a new release soon and perhaps another one after that if i can fix the cv2 glow issue for pyinstaller exe builds
