Vitest version package upgrade @quasar/testing-unit-vitest #322

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use @quasar/testing-unit-vitest with new vitest(0.28.5) version, but last release required vitest 0.15.x. Any predictions for the release of the next version?

I noticed that the dev branch already has the updated version of vitest.
