When trying to send a FL-Request via CPDLC, the inserted FL will not be submitted. Hoppie-Log has been checked.

Also just noticed, when requesting direct, the reason for the request is also not submitted. The name auf die Fix goes through though.

@HWR-Micha Found the root cause of this, I changed some formatting around in a previous build and forgot to update the message building function. This will be fixed in the next build, hoping to have that pushed by the end of the day.
