Oceanic Clearance Request #44

Howdy,

Trying to get more Oceanic controllers to use CPDLC. Would be ideal to add Oceanic Clearance Request to easyCPDLC so we can link this in the controller alias for pilots to use.

As for the fields, I think something like this would be more appropriate (Removal of type and track/RR):

Just a thought that this is good but all Oceanic Clearances will be done through Nattrak from now on. As such, it might be worth linking with the Nattrak developer?
