0.2.0.0. Not launching #53

Hi,

I'm really glad I came across this awesome looking CPDLC client since I'm trying to find a simple, fresh looking CPDLC client for oceanic procedures. I downloaded 0.2.0.0, unzipped the folders inside the "MASTER" folder and tried to launch the .exe on Windows 10, but nothing happens. I also can't find a process that could be related to EasyCPDLC in the task manager. Maybe I'm doing something wrong since I'm not very familiar with GitHub, I'm not sure. Can you help me out?

I also tried other releases like 0.1.5.6, but the same problem occurs there.
