I already have the required frameworks, however it still tells me download them, and I cannot get the application to open.

Duplicated issue. Having used recently, this has just appeared, doesn't tell me what frameworks I am missing, and doesn't take me to a page to download them as the popup suggests. Software now unusable as a result.
