Removing Ubuntu's install instructions #49

I don't think it's needed in this project.

Sorry, not gonna merge it. While elementary apps is primarily about elementary apps for elementary OS, I want users to leave freedom of choice if they want to install certain fresh-looking apps on Ubuntu, Fedora or Debian ;). I plan to change the design to focus more on elementary so there is not a big list like now (Relay page really looks ugly like this), so other OSs will be hidden behind a dropdown menu.
