Gamepage

use display: grid
- 9 columns:
- 8 for board
- 1 for right row of Launchpad
- 11 rows:
- Launchpad top row
- Opponent row
- 8 for board
- User row
use .gamepage for online and local components
fixed many css style bugs
- .board position hack
- fixes anchor point to top of board instead of bottom
- height: 0
- padding-bottom: 100%
- icon sizing
- changed create new game to lichess logo icon
- fixed .toolbar grid
- centered .toolbar icons

login

components now check login status with User.loggedIn instead of User.username
- reduced login slowdown, since /token returns first, then calls /profile to get username

actions

create default () => null actions
- lightBoard, lightGame, etc.
migrate to actions.send()
- try / catch to avoid errors
- send failure messages to console.debug

With the new empty actions, onscreen board now works without any Launchpad, for local and online games!!!
