Launchpad Mini

Fix bindings and name for Launchpad Mini
Added bindings for LPMiniMk3 based on programmer's guide

Other changes

Format all files with Prettierjs
Fix link to create new game
Update package.json for updated libraries
Fix Connect logic
- Fix connection by id / name problem
- Remove connect attempt from Type selector
Added state.deviceType for easier device type binding
Added state.deviceName for midi port name

Closes #24, possible fix for #23
