Get a better way of managing ISOs

disko-install is good, but it's just as annoying as the basic ISO. Ideally, there would be a system that is painless and just work. I'm not sure if that exists. Maybe that's just declaring the iso as a host, maybe that's nixos-anywhere, maybe that's nixos-generators. Research is required.

Goals:

• It should automatically install my configuration to the TARGET machine. From what I know, declaring the iso as a host can't do this. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my experience with it so far.
• It should be fairly painless.
• It should use a remote repo rather than having the flake manually cloned to it.

After doing some research in the nixos-anywhere how-to guide, the ideal setup seems to be:

• Put my configuration on an iso via a custom host (with nixos-anywhere installed as a package)
• Boot into the iso on the new machine
• Run nixos-anywhere to install the system
