https://github.com/quattor/CCM/pull/126 has a critical bug due to an oversight and lack of unittests for ccm-fetch. it is addressed in #137 but in case this PR should not make it in the release, i can open a separate PR for it
@ned21 @jrha toughts on separate PR to fix this?
