ncm-spma: dnf backend schema missing spma/main_options

Unable to use "/software/components/spma/main_options" which is used by aii for ks post yum config when using dnf backend.

I would like to be able to set best=1 option so during ks post setup, packages get updated for build builds where a older package is in the image.

• The version of the component you are using (rpm -q $component) ncm-spma-23.6.0-1.noarch
• What OS version you are using (/etc/redhat-release or similar) rhel8 and rhel9 using dnf backed.
