This looks fine but maven still pulls a ton of stuff: do we need to setup the same caching as https://github.com/quattor/configuration-modules-core/blob/master/.github/workflows/continuous-integration.yaml to avoid getting blacklisted?
I was also wondering if we should avoid merging this in before the release since Jenkins seems happy again now? Maybe make this the first merge post-21.4 release?
