14.8.0-rc3: new cdisdp logging doesn't allow easy identification of failed components #12

In the new ncm-cdispd released in 14.8.0-rc3 (https://github.com/quattor/release/issues/49), ncm-ncd output is not logged anymore by default in /var/log/ncm-cdispd.log. Only its status is logged. This requires more steps (look into syslog) to identify failed components. It would be great to add to /var/log/ncm-cdispd.log the list of failed components that can be retrieved from ncm-ncd state directory (known by ncm-cdispd).

I'll try to propose a fix today to get a chance to have it into 14.8 but this should not be considered as a showstopper.
