Fix location check-ncm-cdispd #17

Without this patch, the check is installed in /usr/quattor/scripts/scripts/check-ncm-cdispd instead of /usr/quattor/scripts/check-ncm-cdispd

I have no clue who has profiles that rely on the worng location, but they should be modified

actually, this will mainly affect/fix the cron job shipped by this rpm
