Top level issue tracker for any blocking issues discovered with 17.12.0-rc3.

Testing on a variety of hosts at RAL has shown no issues, will proceed to release final today if no-one shouts.

The ncm-cron change has broken examples due to poorly documented component, the minutes field may contain the value AUTO (see https://github.com/quattor/configuration-modules-core/blob/3b2f28b48bc76354eb15c8f310f372cc76d8d2a0/ncm-cron/src/main/perl/cron.pm#L249). Reported by @Pansanel.

Looking at it, I'd rather remove support for this, the functionality provided by smear is much better.
