Top level issue tracker for any blocking issues discovered with 20.12.0-rc1.

No issues seen with SL7 VM at RAL. Opening up for wider testing.

No issues seen on worker nodes at RAL.

Tested on a boot-server at RAL, no issues performing EFI based installations.
